How to make an order

Placing an order with NHE Publishing is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. Besides you can make an order without creating account.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the cover or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find additional information about the item.

2. Add the Items to the Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing simply clicking on “Back to shopping” button or clicking on white cross until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our website.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "red cross" button next to the Cost. The item will be deleted from your Shopping Cart.

If you have a Discount coupon code you can enter it in the “Discount coupon” form and click Apply.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart ", click the “Recalculate” button " and then “Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Fill in all forms.

We strictly recommend to put a tick on “Subscribe for email newsletter (blog)”.

When you fulfill all forms click on “Continue” button. You will be taken to the second page of the order form. Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order.

4. You will be taken to the Paying page to choose the Payment type: PayPal or by VISA or Mastercard via PayOlineSystem.

Paypal: 

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. It will contain the link to the pdf file. It will be active right after we receive the PayPal confirmation on the money transfer. After that the link comes active and you can download the file 5 times. The pdf file is heavy and it will take time to downloading it to your computer (depends on the speed of your connection).

There is no need to click the link several times at once.

Order payment via bank card

You can pay for you orders on-line with Visa or MasterCard bank cards. Your payment will be processed by processing centre PayOnline System.

Due to problems with downloading the pdf file we collect the frequently asked questions here to help you in succesfull access to the magazine.

Q: I have ordered and paid for the Anthology but haven't received the link.
A: The link to the pdf file is in the first letter which you received from us. The link becomes active when we receive the PayPal confirmation.

Q: I have ordered and paid for the Anthology but I have had trouble with the downloading, and now I am told I have used up all my downloads.
A: There is a limit on automatical download. To resolve this problem, please contact us.

Q: I still haven´t received the issues that I ordered and payed about some months ago.
A: Due to spam-filters our system crashes and there can be problems with PayPal confirmations. If the link is inactive during 2 days - please contact us to avoid misunderstanding. Please, don't be shy.

Q: I have ordered and paid for the issue but the link is still inactive.
A: The link is inactive because we have not receive the PayPal confirmation. Sometimes it will take some hours. If the link is inactive during 2 days - please contact us to avoid misunderstanding. Please, don't be shy.

Q: How can I get a printing copy of the Anthology?
A: Our product is a e-magazine but you have an opportunity to print it yourself or in a local printing-house. Printing and shipping it from Russia is expensive - the easiest and cheapest way - to print it in your country.

Q: I have tried to buy the NHE Anthology but when it goes to the shopping cart it says “Shopping cart is empty”. What to do?

A: Such message is a notification that you have some problems with cookies. Try to change the browser, the best for our shop is Internet Explorer.

Q: When can I expect my disks to be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped within 4 hours. In some cases it will take 12 or 24 hours.

Q: How do I change the shipping method or what if I want to refund the disks?
A: Once the disks are shipped we are unable to cancel disks order or change shipping methods.
